CONVENIENT LOCATION:
Our office is
adjacent to the I-40 Interstate and located in the center of the state of North
Carolina. We are about 45 minutes from the Raleigh-Durham (RDU) airport
and about 35 minutes from the Greensboro Triad (GSO) airport. The
Burlington airport (KBUY) is only about a mile away.

History of Daniel Urological Center:
History of Practice:
Founded in 1993 by Dr. Michael P. Daniel, our original location was on South
Church Street in Burlington. Within the first year of practice, we began making
preparations to expand our facility. With the construction of the new Alamance
Regional Medical Center in 1995, a site for the new office was chosen adjacent
to this property. The Kirkpatrick Medical Center building was constructed and
opened in September 1995 concurrent with the new hospital’s opening. The
Kirkpatrick Medical Center is host to complete urological, family
medical, general surgical, radiological, and laboratory services. Practices
located within this complex include Burlington Family Practice, Alamance
Surgical Associates, Cornerstone Medical Center, Kirkpatrick Radiology & Cat
Scan, and Laboratory Corporation of America. We relocated our main office to
this complex and closed the smaller office on Church Street in October 1995.

Dr.
Daniel designed our logo around the year 2003. The physicians of Daniel
Urological Center are members of the provider network of most major insurance
plans. Some of the plans we participate with include but are not limited to,
Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, United Health Care, Partners,
Medicare Wellpath, and Medicaid.
We frequently undergo additional training for new techniques such that we may
continue to offer our patients the most up to date and advanced care available.
We have thus established ourselves as a teaching facility for several
procedures.
